Project description
This project has been developed based on previously approved design documentation that underwent non-state expert review, as well as a valid construction permit. The project comprises a multi-story residential building with a simple rectangular floor plan and an architectural height of 78.44 meters. The building’s exterior design has been developed considering its functional structure, the surrounding urban context, and the approved color scheme passport for the facility.
The construction site is located in the Industrialny District of Perm, on the left bank of the Kama River. This area of the city is characterized by a predominance of multi-story residential buildings.
The multi-story residential building project holds significant social importance for KS-Development Company, as it will enable more than one hundred families of defrauded shared construction participants to experience the joy of owning their own homes.
Notably, this residential building project was among the first in Russia to be executed using the Renga software platform and was subsequently adopted by the St. Petersburg State Autonomous Institution “Center for State Expert Review” as a reference template for the expert assessment of projects developed within a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment. This pioneering experience in Russia enables other companies to undergo expert review in compliance with modern regulatory requirements.
Project implementation and the resumption of construction of the multi-story residential building for defrauded shared construction participants recommenced in 2023 and is currently in its final stage.
