The ks-Development company was recognized as the winner of the auction for the completion of work on the preparation of the reconstruction project of the Olympic Reserve College building in Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic.
The State Service of the Chuvash Republic for Competition Policy and Tariffs, the authorized body for determining suppliers (contractors, performers), summed up the results of an electronic auction for engineering surveys, preparation of design and working documentation for the reconstruction of the capital construction facility “Reconstruction of the Cheboksary Military Industrial Complex named after V.M. Krasnov” of the Ministry of Sports of Chuvashia, located at: 3 Shkolny proezd, Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic.
The customer is the state-owned institution of the Chuvash Republic “Republican Single Customer Service” of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Chuvash Republic.
The work will be carried out at the expense of the republican budget of the Chuvash Republic.
At the end of the deadline for submitting applications, 5 applications were received from the procurement participants, and all participants entered the auction. The winner of the auction was the Limited Liability Company ks-Development, whose application was found to comply with the requirements of the auction documentation.
The contract price was 29,599,377.29 rubles. Budget savings based on the auction results amounted to 10,403,988.35 rubles (26%).
Completion dates: from the date of the contract to December 10, 2021, in accordance with the schedule of work.
