Administrative and household complex

As part of the work, we carried out the reconstruction of two buildings located in the center of Rostov‑on‑Don at the intersection of Varfolomeeva Street and Teatralnaya Street: the administrative building of SKITASU with garage bays and the administrative and utility building of the VRES of the joint‑stock company “Donenergo”.

The project provides for the complete demolition of the above‑ground part of each building, the reinforcement of existing foundations, and the construction of new buildings that will house administrative and utility premises, employee recreation rooms, and 3 garage bays. During the implementation, modern 3D design methods were used, which significantly improved the quality of the design solutions and made it possible to take into account all the requirements of modern aesthetics, functionality, and production safety as per the project.

The implementation of this project is aimed at improving the working conditions of employees of the joint‑stock company “Donenergo”, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the residents of our city!
