Rostov-based KS-Development LLC will develop a project for the educational building of the Voronezh State Pedagogical University at 86 Lenin Street. The company offered 10.5 million rubles for its work at a starting price of 15 million rubles, according to the purchase documents.
Only five bids were received for participation in the auction, but two of them were rejected. LLC “Norma” and LLC Repair and construction company “Panorama” made a mismatch of the application in terms of composition, content and design. It was these two companies that offered the lowest price for their work of all the bidders – 9.5 and 9.6 million rubles, respectively. LLC “PGS-Project46” would have carried out the work for 10.6 million rubles, LLC “Voronezhproekt-2” – for 12.3 million rubles.
According to the purchase, the building will have a five-storey building with an area of 10 thousand square meters. m. The contractor will have to carry out the main types of engineering surveys and prepare accounting documentation based on their results. It is also necessary to prepare project documentation, working documentation and undergo a state expert examination of project documentation and engineering survey results. The work must be completed by February 10, 2021.
KS-Development LLC was registered in Rostov-on-Don in 2014. The authorized capital of the company is 10 thousand rubles. Evgeny Lupenko and Dmitry Kostin, who is its CEO, each own 50% of the company. The company’s revenue in 2018 amounted to 17.4 million rubles, net profit – 1.9 million rubles.
