Two apartment buildings

As part of the implementation of the design solutions on the site, the construction of two multi-apartment residential buildings is being carried out in two stages. Each residential building is designed with two sections, containing 1-room, 2-room, 3-room, and 4-room apartments.
The buildings are located along Dekabristov Street and share a well-appointed common courtyard, featuring a children’s playground, an area for physical exercise, and a recreation area for the adult population. A parking lot with a total of 68 parking spaces is also designed in the courtyard and on the adjacent territory.
The construction under this project will allow for the implementation of the municipal program for resettling citizens from dilapidated housing, providing them with affordable and comfortable housing.
All stages of the design were carried out by highly qualified specialists using the Russian design software “Renga”. The high quality level of the project will significantly facilitate and reduce the cost of the construction process in the future.
