Project description
As part of the work, a reconstruction project was completed for two buildings: the SKiTASU administrative building with garage boxes and the VRES administrative and amenity building of JSC DONENERGO, located in the center of Rostov-on-Don at the intersection of Varfolomeeva Street and Teatralny Prospekt.
The project includes works on the complete dismantling of the above-ground part of each building, strengthening the existing foundations, and the construction of new buildings with the placement of administrative and amenity premises, staff rest rooms, as well as 3 garage boxes. During the work, modern 3-D design methods were applied, which significantly improved the quality of solutions and also took into account all the requirements of modern aesthetics, functionality, and industrial safety of the facility.
The implementation of the project is aimed at improving the quality of working conditions for employees of JSC DONENERGO, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the citizens of our city!
