KS-Development has received a positive conclusion from the state expert examination of the design documentation and the results of engineering surveys for the facility: Reconstruction of the Volgograd Philharmonic Hall (Central Concert Hall), located at 4 62nd Army Embankment, Volgograd.
The Volgograd Philharmonic GBUK project
The central concert Hall of the Volgograd Philharmonic was built in 1989 according to the design of St. Petersburg architects. Today, the CDC is the largest auditorium in the Volgograd region. It is the central city venue for large-scale concert performances by the best touring musical groups in the world.
The previous renovation of the building was carried out more than 10 years ago. The project, approved by experts, involves repairing the roof, updating the heating and electricity supply systems, modernizing engineering systems and equipment, replacing showcase glazing, repairing the foyer and facades of buildings, the auditorium and utility rooms. In parallel with the reconstruction of the building, landscaping of the adjacent territory is underway.*
