At the Don State Technical University, Rector Besarion Meskhi met with Dmitry Kostin, Chairman of the Committee for the Development of the construction industry of the regional branch of the business association Delovaya Rossiya, Commercial Director of KS-Development LLC. During the workshop, the parties raised issues of mutually beneficial cooperation in the construction industry aimed at filling the shortage of personnel.

Dmitry Kostin – Chairman of the Committee for the development of the construction industry of the regional branch of the business association “Business Russia”:
Delovaya Rossiya is a direct participant in the market and plays a key role in creating platforms for dialogue between business and government. One of the most pressing problems today is the shortage of qualified personnel and the need for high–quality education. We, Delovaya Rossiya, business representatives and KS-Development– see great potential in drawing attention to this problem and suggesting ways to solve it. After all, it is those who work directly in the industry who best understand which specialists they need.
Alexander Yevtushenko, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering, also took part in the meeting. He reported on cooperation with KS-Developent LLC, in particular, on the training of construction industry specialists, student practice and internship, and also clarified how the demand for personnel in the construction industry has increased.
In September of this year, on the basis of DSTU, with the participation of KS-Development LLC and Delovaya Rossiya, it is planned to open a training center on information modeling technology – TIM design.
