On May 22, 2025, the NOPRIZ conference “Current issues of digitalization of architectural and construction design and engineering surveys” was held in Rostov-on-Don. The capabilities of Russian software for the needs of the design and survey complex of the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasus Federal District”

Vice-President of NOPRIZ addressed the participants of the conference with a welcoming speech Mikhail Lyubimov. He noted that digital technologies are the drivers of the transformation of the construction industry, their implementation will improve the efficiency of the construction process, improve control over the progress of work, improve the quality of facilities and ensure their safety. The introduction of domestic information modeling technologies requires significant investments from design and survey organizations, therefore, an important aspect of NOPRIZ’s activities in supporting this process is the work on harmonization of industry legislation with the participation of authorities at all levels. Mikhail Lyubimov stressed that the joint work of the national association with the ARPP “Domestic Software”, organized within the framework of the cooperation agreement concluded at the XIV All-Russian Congress of NOPRIZ, will ensure the transition to a full-fledged digital construction lifecycle management system, optimize costs, simplify interaction mechanisms and achieve transparency of processes at all stages, including the operational stage. ARPP “Domestic Software” and NOPRIZ are actively working to introduce Russian software products into the practice of design and research. Within the framework of the event, solutions from Credo-Dialog, SySoft Development and Modeling and Digital Twins were presented. The creation of regional centers for the implementation of domestic software was also discussed.

Dmitry Kudrov, Alexander Neklyudov, Deputy Heads of the NOPRIZ Staff, and Nadezhda Prokopyeva, as well as representatives of domestic software developers, design organizations, and architectural and construction universities and colleges in Southern Russia.
