Multi‑storey residential building

This project was developed based on the previously approved non‑governmental expert review of the project documentation and the issued construction permit. The project object is a multi‑storey residential building with a simple rectangular plan shape and a building height of 78.44 m. The architectural appearance of the building was determined taking into account the functional layout, the surrounding built environment, and the requirements of the project’s colour scheme passport.

The project site is located in the Industrial District of the city of Perm, on the left bank of the Kama River. This district is predominantly built up with multi‑storey residential buildings.

This project for a multi‑storey residential building has significant social importance for the company KS‑Development and will enable more than a hundred affected citizens — participants in shared construction — to fulfil their desire to obtain their own housing.

It should be noted that this project was one of the first in Russia to be implemented using the Renga software platform and was accepted by the St. Petersburg state institution “State Expertise Centre” as a reference template for preparing projects in the building information modelling (BIM) environment for review! This pioneering practical experience for Russia allows other organisations to successfully pass review in accordance with modern regulatory requirements.

Work on this project and on the completion of the multi-storey residential building for the affected citizens — participants in shared construction — was resumed in 2023 and is currently in the final stage.
