The KS-Development company is bringing the imperfect construction facilities of the deceived shareholders’ fund into line with the current building regulations in the Perm Region
The Regional Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Shareholders has identified contractors to carry out design and survey work for the completion of problematic facilities in the residential complex “Triumph”. The house in the fourth stage of the residential complex at 110a Karpinsky St. will be occupied by the company ks-Development LLC from Rostov-on-Don. In total, five organizations took part in the competitions. The protocol with the commission’s decision is posted on the website of Goszakupki.
The companies offered to complete the work for 9.9 million rubles and 11.4 million rubles, respectively. The total cost of purchases amounted to 21.3 million rubles. The initial (maximum) contract price for the two facilities was estimated at 27.1 million rubles.
The selected organizations are required to conduct a technical inspection of the facilities, develop or adjust the construction project, and then accompany the project during the state expert examination.
